About me<\/h1>\n

I studied sport science, pedagogic and psychology at the University of Hamburg in Germany and had the priviledge to study Introvision at the origin with Prof. Angelika C. Wagner and Prof. Telse Iwers. After my degree I worked with longterm unemployed people in the european project EqualPotential45+, took part in research projects to prove its effect and offered as a member of the research group “Introvision as a Method of Mental and Emotional Self-Regulation”<\/a> qualifying courses for experienced counselors such as psychologists, doctors and coaches at the University of Hamburg. I’m a founder member of the network Netzwerk Introvision<\/a> and the association Introvision e.V.<\/a>, being part of the executive committee 2017-2019.<\/p>\n

The guidebook “Introvision with Headache and Migraine”, written by Dr. Monika Empl, Sonja L\u00f6ser and me, was published 2017 at the mvg-verlag. Currently I’m involved in the research project IntroMig, examining the effect of Introvision on Migraine at the University of Munich.<\/p>\n
